Watching obnoxious figures and peeking through radiations into smartphones during travel in metros, buses, walking consumes a sound amount of time and we subconsciously make sure to forget that life is out there too. Statistics shows that longer commute times are associated with increased strain, poorer mental health & lower well being. A question we hemmed up in our life is that time during travel, can it be used to discover something?

In the ever changing calendar of mind, we tend to go through many seasons, l thought to give out my perspective berries for free, let’s view them.

  1. Travel logbook

Putting everything down from watching a beautiful girl, a hypothetical situation idea which creep out or the feelings that you have while commuting, write them down in your travel logbook(a small book in which you list out things you do every day).Watch the patterns, any peculiarities? Do thoughts align with your goals ? Keep track over your logbook to see how far your ship has sailed. Flow of focus, energy, values, fear, a prevalent feeling or the energy escaped in recyclable bin can be extracted, just make sure you have the logbook at the right time in the pocket.

2.Conversations on the go

Travelling mediums is the hotbeds of discussion in a crowd. Small and decent talk does wonders. A conversation with a stranger boosts your confidence and provides a better outlook in life. Elder people love to share their personal experiences and advice. All it takes is eye contact and the will to initiate a talk.

3. Music: A portal of motivation.

Music does wonders, energize one’s soul. Resonate with the eardrum, feelings, brain, heartbeat, your gestures and whatnot? A soothing motivational music such as Tai-chi can do spells for an entire day. Music adds a touch, a joy, a life to the dead, if you are going through hard time, take out your headphones rest is upon the choice of songs.

4.Meditation of Mind: the art of seeking people.

Meditation is not just about sitting and having deep breaths till some breeze of wind collide, smash your forehead & refreshes you. Watching people, their movements, their behaviour rules out a basic curve of nature. The curve which describes how an animal behaves in a social sphere. Ever reasoned yourself that you do not belong to this sphere or you have any other reason for your existence. Qigong meditation is meditation on the go one can perform. A person can still feel new while doing the tasks he regular does. Just be still and observe, don’t reason why it is happening, that’s the answer life will minister. You will learn more than you know yet, all it takes is a man and a sphere.

5. Smartphone: a dope library.

Viewing things and acknowledging them are far apart. The information you seek from smartphones from the frictionless endless scrolling will it help you or you are just putting your head in a pile of internet wastage. Is it building your knowledge? Eating via phone is a severe but not so observable entity. Increase the distance between the digital you & the real you as far as possible. Look out what is worth watching for and what not.

6. Flow: embracing flavors of life.

Sometimes we miss the mini-details nature wanted us to see. Look out for the signs & omens giving us the messages of the great God. Make a way to remember our past, the mini smiles we forgot, art of forming memories without camera while you are in commute,in the flow. No matter how far you go, some things will remain constant such as the moments you had, memories you made. Sometimes the small things ain’t small and knocks straight at the heart. Embrace them while you are on the move. Time to hit the road matey!
